| RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEE SCHEDULE AND EXPENSE ALLOWANCE FOR FISCAL YEAR

| WHEREAS, the City of Sauk Centre reserves the right to
periodically revise its service fees to maintain fiscally sound revenue flow
and also establish standards for employee mileage and per diem expenses; |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
| NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAUK CENTRE, MINNESOTA: |

| That the following fees will be charged and per diem expenses allowed for
the 2005 year: |
