2005 Fee Schedule

RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEE SCHEDULE AND EXPENSE ALLOWANCE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005              
                    
WHEREAS, the City of Sauk Centre reserves the right to periodically revise its service fees to maintain fiscally sound revenue flow and also establish standards for employee mileage and per diem expenses;              
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAUK CENTRE, MINNESOTA:              
That the following fees will be charged and per diem expenses allowed for the 2005 year:

Includes…Reshingling, Residing, Replacement Windows, Bathrooms Remodeling, New Kitchen Cabinets and Decks.  To qualify for this there can be NO STRUCTURAL CHANGES and/or enlargement of existing structure or room size.  If the cost of project exceeds $30,000, it no longer qualifies as maintenance.
