SAUK CENTRE CIVIC ARENA

The Sauk Centre Civic Arena is at the center of activity in the Tower View Park Complex.  The complex includes two softball fields, a park area with playground equipment and a concession stand located behind the Civic Arena.

Built in 1995 through a joint effort of the Sauk Centre Hockey Association and the City of Sauk Centre, the Civic Arena is a multi-purpose building with over 20,000 square feet of usable floor space on the main floor, with an additional 2,400 square feet on the upper level.  From mid-October to approximately March 1st, the Civic Arena is busy with many skating activities, including hockey, figure skating and open skating and open hockey.

The Civic Arena serves the community of Sauk Centre in many ways throughout the year.  Annual events hosted at the Arena include:  Heartland Equipment John Deere Expo; Jose Cole Circus; Regional Gun Show and Ladies Night Out Festivities.  The WIC Program is available to recipients on the first Wednesday of every month.  The Arena has played host to several other events in the past including craft sales, collectibles sales, graduation parties, birthday parties, school fun nights and professional wrestling events.  The arena is a great location for hosting future events such as weddings, receptions, garage sales and large conventions or gatherings.

If you have any questions or wish to discuss ideas for rentals, please call Arena Manager Bill Berg at the Civic Arena - (320) 352-1271.
