Planning And Zoning Department The Planning and Zoning Department staffing is currently in transition. Peggy Thompson is the Interim Planning Director for the City of Sauk Centre. Her hours are Tuesdays and Fridays from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Her last day with the City is March 11, 2005. City leaders met January 27, 2005 in a joint meeting of the City Council, Planning Commission, Economic Development Authority Board, Public Utilities Commission, Chamber of Commerce Board and Sauk Centre Opportunities Board to discuss the possibility of combining the City Planner and EDA Director's position.
