Sinclair Lewis Multi-Purpose Field

Sinclair Lewis Multi-Purpose Field is located one block from Sinclair Lewis Park and just across the street from the municipal campground.  Lake Wobegon Trail Head (Park Road Trail) makes up its southern border.  The old softball field is being converted to a multi-purpose field, with a basket ball court, skate park, complete with ramps and rails and an open soccer field scheduled for completion in 2005.  Parking areas, lighting and horseshoe pits are items slated for the future, completing the renovation project.

Donations from local groups and businesses such as the Rotary Club and ECM Publishers helped to make the project a success.
